On May 19th, 2011, Romania Green Building Council in partnership with Europa Property organised the second edition of the “Romania Green Building Council Awards”. The event took place at Athenee Palace Hilton.
The winners of the 4 categories, Green Building Project of the Year, Sustainable Company of the Year, Green Service Provider of the Year and Green Building Education Initiative of the Year received awards made by 100% recycled materials (wooden frame and glass).

Ozone Homes was nominated for the Sustainable Company of the Year category, and its ECO- SMART project, Avalon Residence, was nominated for the Green Building Project of the Year award. Ozone Homes and Avalon Residence went into the finals.

• Green Building Education Initiative of the Year – Solar Decathlon – PRISPA team
• Green Service Provider of the Year – CUNDALL ENGINEERING
• Sustainable Company of the Year – CUNDALL ENGINEERING
