The three blocks (GF + 1), integrate 38 apartments with two and three bedrooms. Each apartment includes a parking space for each two-room apartment, and 2 parking spaces for each three-bedroom apartment and a fully equipped kitchen.The ground floor apartments feature a generous gardens, while the upper apartments have a balcony. Modern facilities and paved roads make this ensemble a real community.

The residential ensemble includes a common pool and garden, children’s playground and space for leisure accessible (barbecue) to all residents.

The first Avalon building was inaugurated on September 28th, 2011, following to be fully completed in terms of connection to utilities and annexes. The apartments have been reserved at a rate of 80%.
